Mike Mauldin – Superintendent

Originally from McColl, South Carolina, Mike Mauldin brings over three decades of specialized expertise to the waterproofing industry. Mike began his career in the field in 1991, developing a deep technical knowledge that ultimately led him to join Watts & Associates Waterproofing in 2013, where he currently serves as our Superintendent.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from Francis Marion University, a background that allows him to seamlessly balance operational leadership with a people-first approach on every job site. Outside of his professional life, Mike is the proud father of two children.
