Kip McCoy – Managing Member

A native of McBee, South Carolina, Kip McCoy brings over three decades of dedicated experience to the waterproofing and roofing industry. Kip began his career in the field in 1991 and joined Watts & Associates Waterproofing in 2013, where he currently serves as a Managing Member, leveraging his extensive technical knowledge and industry insight to drive the company forward.

Kip is a graduate of Florence-Darlington Technical College, where he majored in Marketing—a background that uniquely complements his industrial expertise and helps foster strong client relationships. Outside of work, Kip is a dedicated family man, happily married with two children and two grandchildren.
