A native of Hartsville, South Carolina, Matt McCoy brings focused expertise and strong leadership to the Watts & Associates Waterproofing team, where he has served as a Project Manager since joining the company in 2016.

Matt attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College, majoring in Construction Management. This academic foundation enables him to efficiently oversee complex projects, coordinate timelines, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish. Outside of his professional role, Matt is a dedicated family man, happily married with one child.
