A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Patrick brings a fresh, data-driven approach to our team, having joined the Watts & Associates Roofing Estimating Team in 2025. Patrick graduated from Clemson University in 2022 with a degree in Business Management and a specialized emphasis in Business Analytics.
He began his professional career in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he served on the construction management team for The Preiss Company, gaining valuable hands-on project experience. Driven by a desire to return to his roots, Patrick brought his talents back home to South Carolina to help accurately forecast and plan our upcoming projects.
